The effects of daily mindfulness practices on stress and anxiety. A case study.

The effects of daily mindfulness practices on stress and anxiety as told by Lauren.

“Let’s be honest, we all have stress and anxiety in our lives. For some of us, it’s manageable and for others, it’s debilitating. I’m writing this blog to talk about how incorporating daily mindfulness practices can help alleviate some of that stress and anxiety. I’m no expert, but I have done a lot of research on the topic and I want to share what I’ve learned with you.

First, let me give you a little bit of background on myself. I am a 33-year-old woman with anxiety and cancer. As you can imagine, my life is pretty stressful. I’m constantly worrying about things that are out of my control and I often feel like I’m not doing enough to prevent my cancer from coming back. It was recommended to me by Kendall Carriere to start practicing mindfulness and I have to say, it has made a world of difference.

Mindfulness is the practice of present moment awareness.

That means being aware of your thoughts, feelings, and sensations in the here and now without judgment. Mindfulness can be practiced in many different ways, but some of the most common ways are through meditation, yoga, breathwork, and journaling.

I have been practicing mindfulness for about 6 months now and I can say with confidence that it has helped me manage my stress and anxiety. I no longer worry about things that are out of my control and I’ve been able to focus more on the present moment. If you’re looking for a way to reduce stress and anxiety in your life, I encourage you to give mindfulness a try.

Mindfulness is a practice that can be beneficial for everyone, but it is especially helpful for those of us who suffer from stress and anxiety. If you’re looking for a way to reduce stress and anxiety in your life, give mindfulness a try. It might just be the answer you’ve been looking for. “

(Luckily, I found Kendall and The Deep Center studio. After coaching with Kendall Carriere and mindful movement, I now know exactly what I can do in a stressful moment to reduce my stress.)
