What is dynamic meditation?

So, what is dynamic meditation? At The Deep Center, we define it as physically moving the body to shift your energy quickly. In other words, it's a way to get your body and mind into a peak state.

This is our signature method at The Deep Center.

Here's how to do it, The Deep Center Way:

Jumping is one way. When you jump, you increase your heart rate and get more oxygen flowing to your brain. That combination of physical and mental stimulation can give you a burst of energy and joy.

At TDC, we use jumping and moving our body in a way that feels good to shift our energy quickly and move for feelings of stuck-ness.

How do you feel when you're in a peak state? Excited, energetic, and joyful, right? Peak states are those moments when we feel our best.

You can find Dynamic Meditation in our Cardio Class Category on our online studio.

So next time you need a pick-me-up, try some dynamic meditation. Jumping around may not seem like the traditional form of meditation, but it just might be the key to getting into a peak state. And who knows? You might even put a smile on your face.

That's it! No experience required
