Why Women with Anxiety Need our Expanded Offerings
Why Women with Anxiety Need our Expanded Platform
Anxiety is a funny thing. It's the feeling you get when you're about to do something really important, like speak in public or go on a first date. But it's also the overwhelming feeling that something bad is going to happen. It is no way to live.
That's why we've decided to expand our platform to help coach women with anxiety. Here's why anxiety is such a problem for women and how our expanded platform can help.
Anxiety is the most common mental disorder in the United States, affecting 40 million adults every year. But anxiety disorders are twice as common in women as they are in men. In fact, according to the National Institutes of Health, women are more than twice as likely as men to be diagnosed with an anxiety disorder in their lifetime.
There are a number of reasons why anxiety is such a problem for women. For one, women are more likely than men to experience trauma. This could be due to sexual assault or childhood abuse. Women are also more likely to have certain medical conditions that can cause anxiety, such as thyroid problems or premenstrual syndrome. And let's not forget that women are shouldering the majority of domestic and child-rearing responsibilities in most households.
All of this can lead to high levels of stress and anxiety.
Our expanded coaching offering can help women with anxiety even if they haven’t had breast cancer. We want to be able to help more women. We know when we do, we are really improving the lives of families.
If you're a woman who suffers from anxiety, know that you're not alone. Millions of other women suffer from this condition, but there is help available. Our expanded coaching can provide you with the resources you need to manage your anxiety and live a happy, healthy life.
