How to Be Confident When You're Afraid: A Guide for Women

We've all been there before. We're in a situation where we need to be confident, but we're just so darn afraid. Whether it's giving a presentation at work or going on a first date, fear can hold us back from putting our best foot forward. But what if I told you that there is a way to be confident even when you're afraid? Here's a step-by-step guide on how to do just that.

1. Acknowledge your fear. The first step to being confident when you're afraid is acknowledging that you're afraid. This may seem like an obvious step, but it's an important one nonetheless. Once you acknowledge your fear, you can start to work through it instead of letting it control you.

2. EFT/Tapping will leave you feeling confident in no time. Espeically, when you can turn into the truth of what is happening. Not sure how do this? That is what private sessions are for. Get on the waitlist for the next round of sessions.

3. Breathe. Once you've acknowledged your fear, take a few deep breaths. This will help you calm down and focus on what you need to do next. (Not sure how to breathe? Join The Deep Center to learn breath work to release fear. )

4. Remember that everyone is human. The person or people you're facing may seem intimidating, but remember that they're human just like you are. They have fears and doubts just like everyone else does.

5. Focus on what you want to achieve. rather than on your fear, focus on what you want to achieve by being confident. Whether it's impressing your boss or landing that second date, keep your eye on the prize and let go of your fear.

Confidence is key in many aspects of our lives, but sometimes fear can hold us back from exuding the confidence we need to succeed. If you find yourself in this situation, don't worry! There are ways to work through your fear and come out the other side feeling more confident than ever before.
