The Miracle Morning is my trusty sidekick that never lets me snooze away my potential. This app is like having a personalized morning routine checklist tailored to kickstart my day with healthy habits. It's incredible how well everything falls into place when I check off all the items on the list. P.S. This App is based on the book Miracle Morning, which I highly recommend.

3. Oura

Tech meets sleep in the Oura app, an innovative solution that revealed hidden secrets of my snooze. Oura has turned bedtime into a data-driven dream with detailed sleep metrics. Honestly, it's more information than you ever thought you needed. But who would've thought measuring my sleep quality could feel like unwrapping a birthday gift each morning? Mine is Gold, but now they even have Rose Gold! So chic!

4. Balance

Got five minutes? That's all you need with the Balance app to meditate your way to mental tranquility. This app is like having a personal meditation guide in your pocket, always ready to help you achieve peaceful, mind-clearing nirvana. I like to think of it as my daily vacation for my brain, basking in positive vibes as my work stress fades away. When you download it, it is free for the first year!?

5. Zero

Zero, a fasting app, coaches me through my daily 13-hour fast, helping improve digestion and sleep.
