1/2 cup cooked oatmeal - We like Bob’s Red Mills Gluten Free Old Fashioned Oats.
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 banana, sliced
1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (or to taste)
1 tablespoon chopped pecans (or other nut of choice)
1 tablespoon raisins (or other dried fruit of choice)
Nut milk of choice, for serving (optional)
Honey or maple syrup, for serving (optional)
Directions:
1. Add the cooked oatmeal and pumpkin puree to a bowl and stir together until combined.
2. Add the banana slices, pumpkin pie spice, chopped pecans, and raisins on top.
3. Pour milk over the top if desired and then sweeten with honey or maple syrup to taste. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
