Let’s be real - mornings can be hard. For those of us who struggle with anxiety, it can often be even harder. But don’t worry, I have a fool-proof morning routine that will help you set yourself up to win every day! Read on if you want to learn how I do it.
I wanted to make this a super simple. So it three easy steps.
Wake Up Early – This one may seem pretty obvious but it’s important to get out of bed and start your day early! Waking up early helps me feel more productive and gives me enough time to make a healthy breakfast, connect with my love, and meditate.
Brain Dump – Once I’m up and about, my mind tends to race with a million thoughts at once. To avoid getting overwhelmed, I take a few minutes each morning to write down all my thoughts in a notebook or journal. It may not seem like much but it really helps me clear my head and focus on what needs to get done for the day ahead.
Exercise – Moving around is great way to get your blood flowing and reduce stress levels so every morning before work. Not only does exercising help relieve stress but it also boosts energy levels so that you can tackle the rest of your day with ease! This is a must!
As someone with anxiety, having a good morning routine is essential for starting the day off right - and this is mine!
