There's a lot of pressure on women to be perfect. We're supposed to have perfect bodies, perfect careers, perfect families, and perfect lives. But the thing is, perfection is a myth. It doesn't exist. And trying to achieve it is a surefire recipe for anxiety and disappointment. So, let's debunk the myth of perfectionism once and for all.
