Can you believe it's already October? The air is getting crisp, the leaves are changing color and pumpkin spice lattes are back. There's something about this time of year that feels like a fresh start. So why not use the start of a new month as an opportunity to set some intentions and create some positive rituals for yourself?
Here are 3 at-home Rituals to start the new month off right:
1. Make Your Bed
This one might seem small, but making your bed first thing in the morning sets the tone for the rest of your day. It's a little act of self-care that can make a big difference. Plus, who doesn't love coming home to a made bed at the end of a long day?
2. Set an Intention for the Month Ahead
Take a few minutes to sit down and think about what you want to manifest in the month ahead. Do you want to focus on your career? Your health? Your relationships? Get specific and write it down. Keep your intention somewhere visible so you can remind yourself of it throughout the month. ( I like to stick mine on my bathroom mirror )
3. Give Yourself a Home Spa Day
Treat yo' self! Whether it's applying a facial mask ( this is our favorite mask ), taking a long bath or simply taking some time for a Deep Center Class, do something that makes you feel relaxed. You deserve it!
